Shuttlefix follows the official Badminton World Federation rules of play. No tennis vocabulary. No improvised scoring.

01 Rally Point Scoring

A point is scored on every rally regardless of who served. First side to 21 points wins the game, with a 2-point lead required.

02 Setting (Deuce)

If the score reaches 20-all, play continues until one side leads by 2. Scoring caps at 30 — at 29-all, the next point wins.

03 Match Format

Best of three games. Players switch ends after each game and at 11 in the final game.

04 Event Codes

We support all five BWF disciplines:

• MS — Men's Singles
• WS — Women's Singles
• MD — Men's Doubles
• WD — Women's Doubles
• XD — Mixed Doubles

05 Court & Service

Service rules, court dimensions, and let situations follow the BWF Laws of Badminton (current edition). Our scorer enforces correct service court switching automatically.
