A short, plain-English summary of what we collect and what we don't. The full legal version is at the bottom.

01 What we collect

• Account email and display name (if you sign up)
• Tournament data you create on paid plans
• Anonymous usage analytics (page views, broken links)
• Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 05)

02 What we don't collect

• Your contacts, photos, or device storage
• Personally identifiable information about non-account holders viewing share links
• Anything we don't strictly need to run the service

03 Third-party services

To run Shuttlefix, we use trusted third-party providers:

• Stripe — Processes payments for Match Point subscriptions. Stripe receives your payment information directly; we never see your card details.
• Supabase — Hosts your account and tournament data securely.
• Netlify — Serves the Shuttlefix website to your browser.
• Resend — Delivers transactional emails (account verification, contact form replies).
• Google OAuth — If you sign in with Google, Google shares your email and name with us.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone.

04 Advertising

The free Rally tier of Shuttlefix is supported by advertising. We work with third-party ad networks (including Google AdSense and other networks we may use) to display ads on free-tier pages.

These ad networks may use cookies, web beacons, and similar technologies to:

• Show ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet
• Measure ad performance and audience engagement
• Prevent showing you the same ad repeatedly

Match Point subscribers see no ads across the entire platform.

You can opt out of personalized advertising by Google by visiting Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of third-party vendors' use of cookies by visiting aboutads.info.

05 Cookies

Shuttlefix uses cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences (like dark mode), and — on the free tier — show relevant ads. You can disable cookies in your browser settings, but some features (like staying signed in) will stop working.

06 Children's privacy

Shuttlefix is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has signed up, contact us and we'll remove the account.

07 How to delete your data

Open account settings and tap "Delete Account." Your data is permanently removed within 30 days. Or email hello@shuttlefix.com — we'll do it for you.
