01 Use of Service

You may use Shuttlefix to organize and run badminton tournaments for personal or commercial purposes, subject to your subscription tier.

02 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for keeping your password secure. We aren't liable for unauthorized account access caused by weak or shared credentials.

03 Acceptable Use

• No spamming, scraping, or automated abuse of the service
• No harassment of other users via shared tournament links
• No reverse-engineering or reselling the platform without permission

04 Cancellation

Cancel any subscription at any time from account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused time.

05 Disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not affiliated with the Badminton World Federation; "BWF Standards" refers to publicly published rules of play.
